Fremont real estate agent http://www.tricityhome.com. When I read the story I was featured in, about an 8 Year High in Pending homes in the Argus and Contra Costa Times, I was not sure. Yes, we saw a lot of increased activity. And even though the article is not trying to predict the future, it may be too early to see a trend.

With all the REO's and short sales still flooding the market, even if the numbers are high, I still don't think we've crossed to the other side just yet. But we're sure getting close!
